How to Apply for Funding
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Louisville Affiliate grants program. To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community-Based Grant, your organization must be:
- A federally tax-exempt entity — nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe.
- Located in the specified affiliate service area.
- Provide breast health education, screening, or treatment.
Komen Louisville generally publishes their Request for Applications (RFA) in mid-November each year. Grant Application Workshop dates are listed in the RFA for any current grantee or prospective applicant. Applications are due to the Komen Louisville office by 5:00pm on the due date listed in the RFA.
